SuperCom Announces New Technology for Active Tracking Solutions and Extends Homeland Security Offerings With "Pure RF(TM)" Asset Protection Suite

QADIMA, Israel, February 14-SuperCom Ltd. (OTCBB: SPCBF.OB; Euronext: SUP), a leading provider of smart card and electronic identification (e-ID) solutions, today announced the introduction of a new technology and solution for active tracking of people and assets, and the establishment of a new subsidiary, which will focus on this growing market.

The new technology expands Supercom's Homeland Security offerings through a Wireless Asset Tracking System for strategic and high value items. This offering will be provided to customers through the new subsidiary. The development of this new technology, as well as the establishment of the new subsidiary, is due to the growing market demand for asset tracking solutions in general andAdvertisement
particularly in the Homeland Security market.

SuperCom's "Pure RF(TM)" Movement Detection Solution monitors and tracks a large number of items simultaneously, providing an active set of different signals and alerts. The software and hardware solution employs small, low-powered RF tags attached to an object or a person. License-free radio bands are used to track the RF band from a base transmitter that is programmable for periodic or event-driven transmissions. "Pure RF(TM)" can monitor and locate tagged items through a hand-held tracking device, which can also be integrated into cellular phones.

Eli Rozen, Chairman of the board of SuperCom commented, "We believe this new tool will significantly expand our range of Homeland Security, Assets Tracking and Accountability products, positioning SuperCom as the industry's first one-stop shop for solutions that monitor both the movements of people and critical assets."

(b) To avoid a court supervised conservatorship in the event of lifetime disability of either Trustor. (c) To provide for the management and distribution of assets during continued administration of the Trust or upon its termination.
